November events in the Ann Arbor/Ypsilanti area

Fall color on the river from the backyard.
This is the view of the Huron River from the backyard of the Parish House Inn this week.  It takes a while before the leaves change color in the along the river so I look forward to seeing them each year.  This  November there are 2 more  University of Michigan home football games; 11-9  is Nebraska and 11-30 is Ohio State.  I have no rooms open for 11-9, but I do have several available for Thanksgiving as well as the Ohio State game.  Just go to the website, www.parishhouseinn.com to check availability and book your room on line.
Of course there are many other interesting, fun and educational things to do in our area this time of year.  Kerrytown market and Shops in Ann Arbor  has lots of events planned this month.  Go to www.kerrytown.com for  all the information.  Here in Ypsilanti,  the shops on Michigan Ave will be all decked out with Holiday wares.  Of course, the Automobile Museum, Firehouse Museum, and Depot Town will be ready for you as well.  So make your plans to visit family and friends, got to a football game, shop, and dine.  I look forward to seeing old friends and making new ones....
